Michelle L. White

Michelle White is a 2002 Graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. Her practice concentrates in the areas of elder law, estate planning, regulatory consumer compliance auditing, and corporate transactions. She has substantial experience in new business formations, probate and estate administration, family law, Medicaid long term planning, and real estate matters. Michelle has a strong civil litigation background handling complex commercial matters, domestic matters, and business matters in both State and Federal Court.

Michelle’s dedication to her clients is foremost in her approach to any matter, assuring her clients remain consistently informed of their matter as she effectively and efficiently navigates through the system. She often presents educational seminars to clients and the legal community on a variety of topics, most recently including call center compliance matters, Medicaid long term planning, and approaches to special needs trusts. As Legislative Advisor to the St. Louis Apartment Association, she works with state and local government to assure the safety of tenants and integrity of multi-family housing communities. Her efforts in regulatory consumer compliance auditing promote adherence to marketing regulations as well as State and Federal “Do Not Call” standards.
